A Very Roomy Couch
We got our couch and I set it up alone, it's very easy. There is a video to watch on You-Tube first, so I did that while waiting for it to be delivered. The only down fall about this is the company which it comes from, it's hard to get in contact with them. When they call you to confirm the shipping address and such, and you're not home they leave a msg with a name and number for you to call them back. Only when you do call them it's an answering machine, so you leave you name and number for them to call back... It was a cat a mouse game for me. I would recommend that the company set up a better customer service format. I was a little nervous about the purchase. When I did finally get in touch, it was fast and she ran through everything, told me the freight company would be in touch the day before delivery, which they were. I would purchase again from this company, and absolutely love this couch. It's a big, roommy, comfy couch for all of us to fit on it.

Great product
Have been really impressed with the sectional. Shipping was a pain as the driver wanted to deliver at 10 PM in a residential neighborhood, but after contacting the selling company, they immediately straightened out the issue with the contracted driver and I got prompt delivery at 8 AM the next morning. Very satisfied with how the selling company handled the situation. As for the couch, the cushions are box springs and are a little firm at first but we're still impressed with the quality for the price.
Very nice sofa
Very good quality, pretty, love the color, looks just like photo. Easy to put together. Seat cushions are a little firmer than I would like but still comfortable.
