Great Pan
bought this to oven bake french fries...works great...fries are nice & crispy...30 minutes @ 350*, no matter what the package says...fries do not stick to this surface & pour out quite nicely...great product

Non-stick Backware
HIGHLY recommend Anolon Bakeware! Purchased this Crisper to go with my new cookware set. I then bought more Anolon bakeware to complete my set. This is BEST bakeware I have ever owned :)
Anolon crisper pan
I have a friend who has a pan like this and she wanted more like it to give as gifts. I ordered these from Amazon and got one for myself. While my friend and her family think this is the greatest pan I think it is ok. Its best use is for frozen oven fries because it allows them to cook evenly. I tried it with chicken nuggets and they didn't sit well on the ridges, might be better with fingers or patties.
It's a really well made item. How much you'll like it depends on how many of the type of items listed above you'll be using it to cook in the oven.
