Very pleased. So far...
I purchased this elsewhere when I saw it in the flyer of another online retailer I frequent for housewares. I threw out all my non-stick cookware but a few rarely used specialty pieces over the concern about the ptfe. I then went to cast iron. I also went with induction cooktop because cast iron takes so long to heat up on an electric range. I had been satisfied with cast iron but it is heavy. Very. I prefer to hang my skillets but the weight makes that a chore so I store them in the oven.
So when I saw this I jumped on it. I love how it looks. On my current induction burner it heats quickly and wouldn't dare take it past a medium setting. I do not use non stick spray but have an olive oil spritzer and also use organic virgin coconut oil for health reasons. No trouble cleaning up after pan frying different meats. Not a big egg eater aside from a very rare scrambled one for a stir fry or something. And I do use a nonstick wok for that.
